National Recruitment for Intensive Care Medicine

With the incoming CCT in Intensive Care Medicine, a project is underway to develop National Recruitment for ICM.  England and Wales will recruit to the new CCT during Spring 2012 for posts starting in August 2012.  The West Midlands Deanery will act as the co-ordinating Deanery for recruitment.  National Recruitment for ICM will be for doctors starting in ST3 from August 2012 on the new curriculum.  For those appointed to ST3 before August 2012, recruitment to the joint CCT will continue until July 2013.

The Sub-Committee and the project is managed by Daniel Waeland (Manager, FICM) with support from James Goodwin (Senior Administrator, FICM).  Manjit Kaur is the lead administrator for ICM at the West Midlands Deanery.
