Trainee Representative Election 2019

Notice is hereby given that an election for a FICM Deputy Trainee Representative will be held on 24 October 2019.

The elected candidate will take office at the Board meeting on 15 January 2020.

The principal duties of the Trainee Representatives is to represent the views of ICM trainees during Board, committee, working group and other meetings as appropriate as well as representing the views and actions of the Faculty back to trainees.

Please note this election will be run entirely electronically. Notice of this election will be sent out to all FICM registered trainees via the ICM e-Portfolio as well as via email. If you do not receive the email version, then your email address stored with the Faculty may be incorrect and you will not receive the voting link. Please contact us if this is the case at contact@ficm.ac.uk.

Deadline to submit nominations: 5pm on Monday 30 September 2019
Deadline to cast votes:5pm on Wednesday 23 October 2019
Date of Election:Thursday 24 October 2019

 

Eligilibility

Those eligible to stand in this election are trainee members in good standing with the Faculty, who are ST3 or higher and have been appointed to an ICM CCT programme (either the previous Joint CCT or the new standalone CCT/dual CCTs in the ICM programme) with at least 6 months of training still to complete upon taking up the position of Deputy Trainee Representative. Should you wish to stand in this election please complete the 'Notice to Stand Form 2019' in the 'Related Documents' section at the bottom of this webpage and submit to contact@ficm.ac.uk by Monday 30 September.
