FICM Trainee Representative Election 2021

Notice is hereby given that an election for the FICM Deputy Trainee Representative will be held on 29 October 2021.
 
The elected candidate will take office at the Board meeting on 12 January 2022. 
 
Please note this election will be run entirely electronically. Notice of this election will be sent out to all FICM registered trainees via the ICM LLP and ePortfolio as well as via email. If you do not receive the email version, then your email address stored with the Faculty may be incorrect and you will not receive the voting link. Please contact us if this is the case at contact@ficm.ac.uk

To read their election statements click here. They will also be listed on the voting site when casting your vote via your electronic voting ballot. All doctors in a ICM CCT training programme in the UK and registered with the Faculty are eligible to vote. If you do not receive an email containing your voting instructions and you believe you should have, please do not hesitate to contact us. It may be that the email we hold for you on file is out of date or that your trust/work email has blocked this communication. Please check you junk/spam email first. Votes must be cast by 5pm on 28 October 2021.

  
Important dates
                                                                                   
The election will be conducted entirely electronically via the voting website SimplyVoting. All doctors in a ICM CCT training programme in the UK and registered with the Faculty are eligible to vote. A voting link will be sent out by email on 07 October 2021 to your primary email address registered with the Faculty. ICM StRs are requested to contact the FICM secretariat (contact@ficm.ac.uk) without delay if they have changed their email address to ensure they receive the ballot papers.

 
Votes for this election will be accepted online only. Votes must be cast by 5pm on Thursday 28 October 2021. The votes will then be counted, and the results passed to the Faculty; candidates will be notified of the results no later than 02 November 2021. The election results will be declared on 29 October 2021 and will be published on the Faculty website on 02 November 2021.
