Seeking your views on end-of-life care

29 May 2019

The Faculty’s End of Life Working Party has now released Care at the End of Life: A guide to best practice, discussions and decision-making in and around critical care for open consultation.

This document aims to cover a range of best practice guidance around decision-making at the end of life, including patient pathways and Advanced Care Planning. The document has been produced by a multidisciplinary group, including ICUsteps, the UK Critical Care Nursing Alliance, the Royal College of Physicians, the Royal College of Anaesthetists, the Royal College of Emergency Medicine and the Royal College of Surgeons of England. We also benefited from insights gathered via a stakeholder engagement day.

We would now like to seek wider views on the current draft of the document.

Please complete the survey here. The deadline for comments is 9AM on Tuesday 18 June.
