Academic Posts coming soon in Brighton

Advance notice of two new Consultant level Academic posts in Intensive Care Medicine at Brighton.

Brighton and Sussex Medical School and Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals have announced their joint desire to appoint two fully funded Consultant level Academic posts in Intensive Care Medicine.

These new posts represent a very exciting opportunity to guide the start of an Academic Department of Intensive Care, as a new build of 54 ICM beds is opened in Brighton, and align with the aspirations of the Medical School to not only provide popular and successful teaching, but an expanding academic and research profile.

The posts are likely to be advertised in early September; but the Hospital and Medical School would be delighted to receive informal enquiries in the meantime.

Please contact Dr Owen Boyd, owen.boyd@bsuh.nhs.uk in the first instance.
