ACCP opinion poll for ongoing engagement with Medical Associate Professionals (MAP) programme

As the national landscape around advanced practice has evolved in recent years, the drivers for FICM ACCPs to be considered under the MAP agenda has significantly reduced in context, applicability and potential benefit. We have maintained active involvement in both the MAP and Advanced Practice debates, contributing effectively to both in the interests of assuring the role.

Nonetheless, with the evolving MAPs project and the more detailed national fabric around advanced practice becoming increasingly separate, we want to hear the views of ACCPs with regard to future direction and alignment.

If you are a FICM registered ACCP

The Faculty has already directly emailed its ACCP members and registered ACCP trainees to seek their views on this topic. If you believe you have not received this email it may be either because you might have opted out of receiving communications from SurveyMonkey, or it has gone into your spam or junk mail folder or the email address we have on file for you is out of date, please contact us so we can look into this for you. Please do not try and complete the poll below.

If you are NOT a FICM registered ACCP

We have set up an additional poll as an opportunity for ACCPs who are not currently members of or registered with the Faculty to have their say on this important issue.

If you are an ACCP or ACCP trainee and are not currently a member of or registered with the Faculty then you can access the poll and submit your views. The poll closes on Monday 10 January 2022 at 12pm, so please ensure you submit your answers before then.
