His observations as follows:
- Heart rate 125
- Blood Pressure of 93/52
- Saturations 93%
- Respiratory rate 22
On clinical examination his heart sounds are difficult to auscultate and the JVP is profoundly elevated. His lung sounds have reduced air entry at both bases.
