We are recruiting new members to the Diversity Equity Inclusion Sub Committee.

The role profile and application can be found below. The positions are open to consultant, SAS, intensivists in training and LED/portfolio pathway colleagues.

We welcome applications from all of our membership who are interested in ensuring diverse representation on this new subcommittee.

The Diversity Equity Inclusion Sub-Committee (DEISC) aims to: 

  • Develop and recommend strategies and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine workstreams by:
    • Reviewing current policies and practices.
    • Conducting assessments to identify gaps in DEI.
    • Supporting and advising on data collection and feedback from staff and stakeholders.
