Public consultation: Life After Critical Illness: A guide for developing and delivering aftercare services for critically ill patients

Life After Critical Illness: A guide for developing and delivering aftercare services for critically ill patients (LACI) is now available for public consultation. The consultation window will close at 9am on Tuesday 31 August; comments will not be accepted after this time. 

Update Wednesday 11 August:  We would like to apologise for the interruption to the Life After Critical Illness consultation. Unfortunately the original document was published without redacting the survey data. This data is awaiting publication in a  journal and we are not allowed to include it in any other publication until this journal is in the public domain. No other statements, messages or opinions in the document have been withheld or changed. We have also extended the deadline to 9am on Tuesday 31 August.
