  • How severe/long were the symptoms of vomiting and diarrhoea?
    • Upon obtaining collateral history from the family, it was evident that the patient had recovered from 2 days of diarrhoea and vomiting 10 days ago. 
  • How much weight has the patient lost in the 6-12 months?
    • Approximately 35 kilograms in the last 10 months. 
  • When was the patient started on Tirzepatide and did the patient report any adverse effects? 
    • The patient was started on Tirzepatide 10 months ago and had reported severe nausea and reduced appetite despite reducing the weekly doses over the last few months.
